Is there a way to keep the 3 point hitch at a specific height and be able to raise a lower the mid mount deck?

I want to raise the deck but keep the leaf vacuum at a set height

Not to my knowledge. All I am aware of is to keep the mmm in a locked up position and be able to use the 3 point so the mmm doesn't have to come off to use the 3 point.

No, the mmm relies on a connecting rod to the hitch to raise and lower the deck. It's not independent.
