JD - you should learn how to read better. First of all, I wasn't brush hogging anything - I was cutting 4 inches of grass. The field had already been cut once with the 2305 - no need for another machine. That's why I didn't reply to your first mis-guided post.

Secondly, trying to get a 6 ft long, 12 inch thick, 30 inch wide 500lb saw in to the 200CX bucket alone is impossibly difficult. That's what I was referring to. The bucket lifted not only the saw, but also the truck driver as well - I thought I made that clear, but apparently not good enough to keep you from ripping me.

Lastly, the 2305 wasn't a good fit because, as a scut, it doesn't move as much earth as, and I wrote this before, I needed it to. Lastly, you might also learn not flame people when you don't know what you're talking about. If you're position is to stack the 2305 up with a proper earth mover, forget it. I know this because I spent the $15K to find out.

Johnny,

Perhaps my words were too strong. I just felt there might be potential users of a tractor this size that might be steered in an incorrect direction because of the comments you made especially the implied weight limitation.

I wish you no ill, and hope that X and ATV are exactly what you hope and need them to be.

Peace /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I bought a 16" Grizzly band saw with a 2HP motor. I use it to rip bowl stock for turning. It's a cast iron model that was a closeout.
