Tiller Satoh tiller

I know of a guy who has a satoh tiller for sale i looked at it and it does not hook up like most three point hitch attachments it has two pins at the bottom and then above that it has a place for what looks like lift arms to fit to and then looks like where the top link would hook to but that is too small for a regular top link to hook to so can anyone tell me what kind of hitch you use to hook this up and is there a adapter or ? that you can use to hook this up to a regular 3 point hitch

It is what is called a 2 pt tiller. They come on grey market tractors and came on the early Sotoh's
They can be adapted but it takes a little doing.
If it's cheap it may be worth doing.
