Oil & Fuel Satoh Beaver fuel filter

I have a Satoh S370D (#st1300D-700654), and need a few fuel filters to have on hand. Was wondering if they are available, or if there is an interchange # to get an american filter to fit. This has got to be the smallest fuel filter I have ever seen on a diesel tractor!
