I need an opinion. My loader will not lift. The bucket dump movement will work but then I cannot get it back to the normal position. The loader will raise a little very slowly with high RPMs only. The 3 point hitch works fine. I have adequate fluid in it and the filter is clean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i would say that the control valve have some kind of obstruction. if everything else is good.you can mark all the connections. then remove the control valve.use air pressure to blow it out and see if there is obstruction in it.check it for any stuck valves or if possible try another valve.hope it is not the pump.

My bet would be on a bad pump. Try loading the 3 point with something fairly heavy. If it still works ok, the pump is probably fine. If not that would indicated either a flow restriction or pump problem. Next I would connect a pressure guage in the supply line and test.

Checked the control valve and it is fine. When I loaded the 3 point it didn't work well. Guess it's going to the shop for a pump. :(

heard u can have the pump rebuilt.

About the only thing that can be done in regards to rebuilding is new seals. Most pumps do not have seal kits available because when the seals are shot the pump is warn & needs replacing.

Opinion: Remove output line from pump and connect a flowmeter to the pump. this is the tool that will tell you for sure what the output in gpm is for your pump. It will also tell you the pressure in psi that the pump is putting out. Replace the pump only if it is putting out less than factory specifications. If you need the specs, I can probably get them for you. If you need a flowmeter, I think they can be rented from a higher end rental company. If you are close to me in MD, P.M. me, maybe I can help.:)
