I was given a tractor last week, it is a Satoh 1510D. It was parked for 2 or 3 years in ontario Canada so the winters were cold and wet. I have changed the fluids and battery and got it the engine running great. My problem is when I press the clutch to stop, it keeps going, even with breaks down. I can get in into 1st gear and reverse when it is throttled right down but it made a grinding noise. Is it possible clutch is stuck from siting so long? can it be fixed(unstuck) without taking apart? This is my first tractor.
