3-Point Hitch S650g

Well on my satoh s650g hydro unite there is a small lever.Does any one know what this is for. Also whel I bought this tractor someone has replaced the throttlecontrol with a lawnmower control cable! Would someone have or know where I can get all the parts for the throttle control(basicaly from my hand to the gov.

If you're talking about the lever under the front of the seat, that controls the rate at which the 3-point will drop. All the way to the right, and it holds in place.
