Well since this is a wire question page can anyone tell me what the red/yellow wire with female connector and the black wire with the male connector are for in the fuse box on the rtv 1100? Also what would be a good way to disable an RTV 1100? I had some guys at work move my bota across the parking lot. I left my door unlocked so I had it coming, but is there anyway to lock it into gear so it cannot be put into neutral or a way to keep it from starting with a hidden switch?

Looking at the wire diagram, it looks like it's for the "beacon switch harness". Most of these types of things are for accessories they sell.

Thanks a lot for solving that puzzle for me. I'll make a note in my owners manual of it. Thanks again.

Open the door to the fuse box and pull one of the fuses out of the block, then it won't start.

equipman, he is referring to someone putting the trany out of gear and pushing the rtv to a new location.

perhaps some kind of lock on the shift gate of the trany or a lock on the emergency brake would stop them in cases where the doors is left unlocked.

Best and simplest solution, lock the doors.
