How often should you change the filter?

Is there a shut off?

Never done this before:

500hrs...check every 100hrs (it's in your owner's manual). There is no shut off...just do it fast which is pretty easy to do.

Well, the 1 I use has nearly 600 hours on it. RTVs are great workhorses! You shouldn't have to change your fuel filter at this point unless it looks like it really needs it.

The RTV1100 is sweet...I love driving around with A/C.
