I was dreading this because everything is so close in and underneath the bed of the RTV. Here's what I did:
Changed the engine oil and filter first.
Had to use my 2 finger oil filter wrench to remove, almost as tight as the yellow hydraulic filter. The 2 finger wrench fits on a socket extension.
Had to remove left rear wheel to access. Getting the wheel back on is a PITA.
Suctioned oil out of the engine.
Then changed the factory orange, now while # 1408, filter. Backed it up the ramp to our carriage house for access. My smaller oil filter wrench got it loose.
Had to go in via the seat area to access the yellow filter. Used my chain wrench with its half sawed off handle to remove it. Used my smaller filter wrench to tighten it.
Put 1 ¾ qts of new oil in that others mentioned needed. The dig stick showed full.
