I have a 2010 Ct450 with around 318hours. My unit is hydro. Is it normal if you have the machine throttle up and pull forwards the rpms drop a little tell you get moving and come back up? I haven't taken it out in a little bit can't remember if it always did that. If its not normal what could be wrong? thanks

Is the brake on? My HST never changes rpms unless I overload it.

You will notice a RPM drop the higher of a gear you are in. Low range you may not see any RPM drop.

Thanks guy. I called the dealer find out about installing cab and asked about that to all is good. The price to install the cab not worth it. Im going to sell my machine up grade to something with a cab. thanks

Yep, if it didn't you aren't putting it under much of a load. A electrically throttled machine will stay constant but a mechanical one will drop a bit. CJ
