What is best (maybe cheapest) way to build a row after using a tiller?

I want to say with a toolbar and a set of row hippers for a 3 point hookup you can draw nice rows. This is how I did mine. Now I have a small truck patch that I used for farming a garden. It work real nice.

I added two wings that bolt to the tiller. Makes a perfect hilled row that is nice and soft. Works better than I ever hoped. In one pass I can till in the old crop and end up with a new row ready to plant that has been finely pulverized with the plant material chopped and worked into the soil. It took all of 30 minutes to built and attach with 3 bolts on each side. Send me an emal and I can send some photos.
