Rotary Cutter Output seal ?

Rebuilding my sidewinder cutter, and replacing the output seal. All the seals I've found local are a standard single lip automotive type seal, The one that came out is a little bit heavier duty. will the single lip seals last or should I try to order a differant seal?

With the trouble I had getting my stump jumper off, didn't want to take a chance on the quality of the seal. Ordered one just like had been on it for 15 years.(from my Woods dealer) I watch for rolls of wire around field edges a little closer now.
