I have Jinma-254 tractor that has water in crankcase and crankcase pressure that blows oil and water out of breather.I removed head and found head gasket not the cause.The cylinder sleeves will turn in the crankcase with finger pressure.I was told the sleeves do not have "O" rings on the bottom not on my engine (y385 diesel).I am lost for a diagnosis. Any help will be appreciated??

There is always a seal on wet sleeves.
I you can easely turn them around with your finger there's something wrong there.

i would be willing to bet freeze plugs have came out i just fixed one that happened to the freeze plugs is under the valve cover
