Rockshaft position?

Before I call my dealer and just show just how much a rookie I am?? I have a Deere 5103 bought new. I have out 80 hours on it and havent had to use the rockshaft position control lever but last night wanted to test it out. the lever seems to be stuck (hard as heck to move) I did a greese job on it and the rest of the tractor at 50 hours. the draft lever works fine. any ideas? jb

I went ahead and called and they said there was an adjustment but wouldnt tell me where and how. they are comeing out next week?? Im under warranty but they still charge for a service call at 45 bucks. Im going to be there when they do the rep so Ill let yall know what they did. jb

There sould be an adjusting screw/bolt for the rockshaft handle. Also make sure that the rockshaft valve adjustment is working fine (located under the seat). You find both of these I think in your owners manual. I own a 5203 and had to have the starter replaced twice and the tractor only has 120hrs on it. My tractor has a Bosch starter, what kind of starter is on yours and have you had any problems with it?
