Hi guys. I've got field rocks anywhere from golfball to basketball size all over my 16 acres. I won't brush hog the field anymore because I'm hitting so many. They're tearing up my disc and mower so they have to go. I'm thinking about buying an old Degelman pto driven rock picker. I'd be pulling it with my New Holland 545D, 66hp and 51hp on the pto. The plan is to wait until everything dries real good, plow, disc, box blade the bigger rocks, kinda rake into a row, then use the picker. Is 50hp enough to run a rock picker?
