Right hydro is not working

I thought the pump was bad so I pulled the head off,looked good,so I noticed the pulley was loose,fixed pulley but now the right side is very weak.
The oil is not flowing back into the tank.
Is there a way to purge the air out of the lines?

This on an encore Z52

These systems are self-purging, so operating the controls are all that's required. Get you give more details?

Yes, these are self purging.....lift drive wheels off the ground when running to help bleeding process (safer too)
