Rhino RF74 Flail mower?

Hi all,

Anybody have experience with the Rhino RF74 flail mower? I am looking at a unit going for $1995. Looks like it would suit my needs, but there is quite a dearth of information online about this model. A Google search yields a few listings of online auctions as well as manuals for sale, but that's it. I'm wondering about info such as year of manufacture, HP range for tractor, and how heavy duty it is. Thanks to anyone who has any insight on this.
