OK, thanks Norm for the reply. At the risk of sounding ignorant, maybe I should just ask the question: what are the typical steps involved with changing out sediment bowl assembly on bottom of fuel tank...........I really could use some help....manual is in broken chinenglish, can't find online help, and don't figure that its outside my abilities. thanks

You usually just open the drain and let some out to flush the accumulated crud out. If it has no drain, you have to close the fuel feed from the tank and usually unscrew the bowl. Dump it and wipe clean.

Was the document in Chinglish or Engleese?
