Reverse safty switch

Could anybody tell me how to elimenate the reverse pto safty switch? Im getting a snowblower and its gunna be a pain in the butt with that hooked up.

If you look under where the linkage is for the pedal and follow it you should see the switch that cuts out the pto when you reverse. Most guys just move the little piece of metal that hits the switch away so that it doesn't activate the switch. Then in the summer when you start mowing again just move it back for safety.
