Reverse in L355SS doesn't work

What are the common problems for this type of tractor not going in reverse. Drives forward and pushes dirt around but no reverse. Look for help with a picture of the part that might be need to for replacement.

Check the push-pull cable that operates the shuttle valve (between the engine and fuel tank). It may not be fully moving into the reverse position?
