You must make a new resume for each job you apply for.
Normally it is only via web that you can apply.
Most only take word files, or the web sites own web form.
Keep it to one page, 1st because you must edit or make a new resume for each job posting. 2nd; because the reader only spends 10 seconds reading it.
(That is a fact!) They might read it again after they narrow yours down out of the 60,000 others reseived.
Join a job search network group, especially if your in the tech industry.
