There are two ways that I know of. One is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes. That should reset any codes. However, I have not tested that method.
The second way, and the way I've done it, is to get the ELM327 OBD2 reader from Amazon.

It's cheap, like less than $14
This reader is a bluetooth OBD2 reader. I didn't see the tractor model or year listed, so we are assuming there is an OBD2 port.
Along with the reader and your smart phone, you will need to download a simple app called Torque Lite.

There is a Pro paid version of the app with more features. But you should be able to clear codes with the lite, free version.
Plug in the reader, turn the tractor on, launch the app, connect to the reader, and clear codes.
