I had to replace the throttle cable on my Exmark Lazer Z. It has the kohler 27hp motor, right hand throttle lever. I took the old cable off and replaced with the new cable. Now when I engage the CHOKE, the choke binds with the THROTTLE cable at the carb end. Next the motor wants to run fast with the throttle at slow. What the heck is going on?
