Try all states ag parts. They show a manual for fx42 ... don't know what's different in the d. Might be best you can find.

Nearly all Japan tractors of that era ending in "D" only means 4WD. So when looking for manuals, just drop the D. The manuals cover 2WD & 4WD regardless.
