Seems to me it's a 2004+ International 4400.

Yup, it's a '06 4400 with a DT570/Allison. Bought the truck when we had a 40' fifth wheel RV. Sold the trailer and bought a Motorhome, and now need to find a new home for the ol cornbinder. I use it now and again when I need to move the trailers.

Friend has something in same line..International I believe..custom made instead crew cab sleeper,he hauls motorcycle,tractor,boats,campers etc. etc.,nothing to big...he has made darn good living over the years.
