Rebuild help

Well i'm doing the cam change out on my 425 and decided that while I was there I might as well give her a rebuild. Problem is my manual doesn't cover engine tear down and rebuild. does any body have the torque specs for the head bolts and also the connecting rod bolts

head bolts - all to 115 in/lbs then to 186 in/lbs

rod bolts - 106 in/lbs

valves set at .25 mm or .010 in
