According to the wiring diagram is is powered off of fuse #7 and the front lamp relay #9, which is powered when the key is on. The switch for the light was on the light itself.

Thanks. I just checked the plug with the ignition and lights on and I'm getting nothing. Looks like I have to do some electrical troubleshooting now. I'll start by checking the fuse. The plug has been behind the seat exposed to the elements for 15 years, so maybe the fuse cooked at some point. NH should have spent two cents and put on cover on the plug if they were going to leave it zip tied to the wiring harness out in the open. Already had to clean it with contact cleaner to get the crud out of the female prong of the plug.

PS: Yep, #7 fuse was cooked. I hadn't even noticed that the forward work lights were not working. Replaced the fuse and now I have the forward work lights back and power to the rear work light plug.
