Snow Rear wheel traction in snow

Add some wheel weights. Relatively easy to put on and take off.

Here are the chains I have. They have DOUBLE the cross bars, because the cross bars want to fall in between the lugs on the R4 tires. Mine have V-bars on them, and EAT the driveway! lol
They are insane in the woods, I use them for skidding logs out! :thumbsup:
The tensioners keep them from flopping at all, and they have NEVER touched my fenders yet.

That's what I have as well but I made the mistake of getting 4 link chains instead of the 2 link chains like yours. When I bought chains for the front tires I bought 2 link v-bars. Both sets are fantastic for traction.

I couldn't remember the name of the manufacturer, so without further thought I just typed in the model name of the antenna.... Hustler. Got quite a surprise. 450 pounds is likely NOT enough weight to make a 3520 a good snow removal machine.

I think I'll wait and see just what the R4's and the tractor itself will do before I go with chains. I'm going to get a set of the 2 link standard chains just to have if things don't work out. I'm a firm believer in having a back-up plan. Thanks to all who replied and I'll keep you all up to date on all my 3520 adventures. Don't stop with the info I'll take all I can get.

Also be careful of too much weight in the back as it will kill your steering abilities.
