I needed some rear remotes to run a post driver and I talked my wife into the fact that adding a single spool valve was not much less than adding a three spool so that I could add a TNT also. I have the top link but not the side link for the TNT so right now I will just show the installation of the valve.

First I needed a place to mount the valve. I got some 3/16" plate drilled a couple holes in the back of it so that it could mount on the ROPS mounting bolts. A little grinding was needed to clear the weld bead on the ROPS. I also used a large rubber stopper as a support for the front.

Then I needed a bulkhead to mount the quick connects. I used the same 3/16" plate and drilled a series of holes for the bulkhead fittings. Since I didn't know about spring bolts at the time I had to make some square U-bolts to attach the bulkhead to the ROPS. A little strapping some threaded rod and a welder fixed that. Notice I didn't show a picture of my welds. I ended up with one or two looking nice the others I tended to burn through the strapping. Its not like they are structural they just need to hold the bulkhead on.

I then mounted the plates. Final painted versions are in the next post.

Then I ordered a bunch of hoses from the local shop and hooked it all up. One nice thing ordering local was they labeled all my hoses which made hooking everything up very easy. I disconnected the PB at the hydraulic distribution block and put in a union to extend it to my new valve. The PB from the new valve went back to the distribution block. I then teed into the tank line.

I also added things like cap nuts on the bulkhead to keep the scraped knuckles to a minimum. Also the the third spool I put in a detent kit so I don't need a bungee cord when running the post driver. If for some reason I want it to spring center again it is a simple switch back to the spring.

That is the quick and dirty version. I meant to have more intermediate pics but I guess I was in a roll and forgot to take the pics.
