Rear finish/Lift type?

I am aware of what a rear finish mower is. I am seeing on the Mahindrausa.com website they list a "Lift Type Cutter". Can someone explain this to me and what it's application would be? Is it a rear rotary or Brush Hog? Thank you.

I looked at their site and the "Lift type" means ones that are lifted by the 3pt hitch VS the type that you tow behind the tractor.

Just to add to my last post - the rear finish mowers are listed under "3pt implements". The "cutters" that are pull type or lift type are all "brush hog" or rough cut type of mowers
