rear axle support

Hello there,

Is there anyone who made a rear axle support for a FEL ZL20 on a Jinma 224? Are there some pictures so that I can fabricate one myself? I got a jinma 224 3-cilinder(made in may 2005) with ZL20 FEL and frame mounted BH.

I have been thinking about this also. Due to the shape and attachment configuration< i have noticed alot of twist with my loader and am worried something will break.
I agree that there is no option but to attached to the rear axle, but more twist support is required by lateral bracing with the body. I am not sure if a similar idea would work on our tractors but I have included a link to the yanmar forum where a guy modified a loader bracket which made me think this way. I hope your able to follow this link.

Please note, that this will need modification if you have the newer style 3pt sway adjusters. The new style have tubular bars and pins, while the old style, like mine, has turn-buckles and chains.

I would also recommend welding plates to the FEL support tube, and bolting the support bar to it, vs using U-bolts.
