Snow Ready for snow

Finished up my snow setup over the weekend. Figured i would share some pics. Blade was made from an old oil tank and work light is a generic rubber housing light that i modified to have an integral toggle switch to work off of the factory power.

Nice lookin' set-up. Do you have dump/relief springs on that plow?

Nope. mounts straight on the loader QA. I also plan on using it a bit while playing in the woods behind my house so i wanted the ability to move a little dirt also. Plus, i couldn't find a cheap 6 foot snow plow as a donor in time. I am still on the lookout for a snow blade for a future project though.

VERY nice job.

It's snowing right now here, sure looks purty!! I'm finally going to put the wheel chains on and attach my plow. Hope winter is finally here, getting sick of this stinkin rain.
