Mowing RCK54-22BX deck bolt loosens

The center blade bolt comes loose after mowing 20-30 minutes. I've noticed that it's hot too.

Could it be related to the gearbox above it?

Any thoughts or ideas?

I would suspect a loose blade is causing all the heat. Have you even checked the oil in gearbox yet ?

I have. I'm not sure how much and what kind of fluid goes in the gear box. I tighten the bolt but it loosens.
