anyone ever have to replace the inner liner on a Rayco head?

I had to reskin the inside of our Fecon last year, It's not a big job.:thumbsup:

Never a Rayco, but we did our GT-25 a few months ago. We just had a local welding shop do the work.

I just finished up on mine two weeks ago, not to bad. Used 8 gauge sheet metal then ran beeds of hardened steel across the steel, then I welded in some counter teeth, an ran a beed of harden steel down the cutting edge produces much finer mulch now without multiple passes.
