Rat and mouse traps

You get a repeating live mouse trap like a Ketch All and they will attack the weaker one that's been in the trap longer.

Survival of the strongest. Shoot a coyote and a hungry pack comes back to eat it.

I've seen mice caught in glue traps eat part of a mouse that was caught earlier.
Just yesterday I pulled a glue trap out from under the counter with three of them on it.
This time if the year the little b^$#&%#ds come it from the fields.
Wish I could figure out how they get in.

For what it's worth, Mice do have feelings and emotions. Not that many of you care.

I too, would like to hear more about that.

Would those just be the Canadian mice, or have they migrated to Georgia already? Here we already have those that we've provided free food, shelter, and procreate like... well, like mice/rats. What else can we do for them?

They are also already on welfare. They get food every day from whatever they can find in the barns, pet food dishes, etc.

Let the mice have their feelings someplace besides my house, sheds, garage. They do tremendous damage, bubonic plague and all sorts of diseases that can kill a person.
Cats...we have four...cats are great!
I'm not living in a house with mice and rats!

15 so far and they are thinning out thank goodness. No new holes. They like that peanut butter. No rats so far so that's a bonus.

We put 3/4" gravel around the outside and inside bottom of the gravel floor pole barn to seal up entrances and that helped. Then got rid of any "housing" and hiding places we could find and added a bank of traps near one of the doors. I hauled away a pile of stuff no longer in use. That took away the welcome sign.

After all that we have only caught a few so far this fall. Yes, they can get in but no longer easy to nest and no longer as easy to get in and the only food is peanut butter on the end of the trap pan.

3 more last night but at least there are no tiny tracks all over my tractor and tool box etc any more. Must be thinning out. Total = 18

My nearly new Colorado with 855 miles left on the warranty started developing gremlins today; I unlocked it with the fob before daylight, and when I went out to it the radio was running. Then I started getting all sorts of error codes, power steering stopped working, service ABS, Stabiltrac, 4wd... always when I had the parking brake set. I popped the hood and found a nest and all sorts of organic parts chewed up... now I'm wondering if my comprehensive insurance covers mouse damage.
