Raised Bed Question

Now thats a greenhouse .... very nice. when do you plant this?

Seedlings being readied now in another greenhouse, will start in mid-late February, then it continues to about end of December (actually still have cabbage and lettuce in it now).

TNAndy - those are beautiful beds and my wife would love them but I think those are a bit beyond my personal construction capabilities and more than I want to spend. I thank all for the ideas and suggestions. I think I'll go ahead and double the height. Thanks.

My raised beds are treated 2x8's on their edge, with top soil that I paid for to fill them up. My free garden food is more expensive then buying it at the store. Going deeper, or all out like TNAndy, and I couldn't afford the seeds to plant in there!!! I have 68 acres and I'm paying for dirt to be brought here in a dump truck. It just drives me crazy.
