Sure as you do Eddie, you'll get rained out on a sunny day!!

I've been rained out on 10%!! and finished jobs in a 80%, so go figure, but at these fuel prices, I cant afford to roll the dice as much.

Dang Jim, you must be down the hill, around the corner, behind the trees!!! .7, I figured the 1st one got you plenty wet, the second one grazed us and looked like it would be in Birds lap:confused:

And again they said on the 5pm news "these storms would be East of I35 and no major event"....hmmm 4 f1's and wind/ hail....wonder what a "bad" one will be like this year.

You Texas guys are welcome to have all our rain for a while. We only had about 14 days that didn't rain last summer and it's been raining all winter. I'm sooooooo ready for the mud to go away and have some warmer and dryer weather.

At our farm right now, rain is a four letter word.

Our rain gauge showed .5". Hit about 3:30 Monday AM. Rain was preceeded by very strong winds lasting about 5 minutes. Rain is good. That .5" we got was 5 times the amount that fell during the entire month of March.
Forecast calls for rain this Sunday. Fingers crossed.

That little cheap ($50) electric 14" Homelite chainsaw worked even better than expected. I got all the downed stuff cut up in less than 3 hours this morning.

And I thought my tree blown partially down was bad, but you may have seen or heard on the news about an 18-wheeler getting blown over down in the Waxahachie/Midlothian area Sunday night. Last night my wife's brother called. That was him that got blown over. He drives an 18-wheeler at night delivering from a warehouse on the north side of Ft. Worth to J.C. Penney stores. He got bloodied up a bit but nothing requiring stitches.

Now that is a ride I wouldn't want!! Was he at the place that small tornado went through?? 125 mph winds would have done it.

Several RV campers and a semi trailer where blown over out at Texas Motor Speedway too, their just lucky most of the people had already left.

Dennis, he said he knew it was time to pull over when the windshield wipers blew off the truck, but about that time, it blew him over before he could get off the road. Fortunately no other vehicles close enough to be endangered.

IMO, that would definately be a sign that's it's time to get off the road.:D

Glad to hear that he wasn't seriously injured.
