Kubota L3200
Hey Kubota Kids, I have L3200, I need to replace a lower radiator hose. I am asking A) where is the drain plug located, B) is there a special tool used to remove or loosen drain plug? Thank you for your much needed advice knowledge!

There is usually a petcock drain at one corner of the radiator, sometimes the type opened by hand, others may require a wrench.
After snapping off the plastic plug on an old pickup truck years ago, I just drain the radiator with the lower radiator hose.

I'm not familiar with the l3200 but a lot of Kubotas have a drain off the block if there isn't one on the radiator. If there is one on the radiator it will most likely be a white plastic butterfly looking plug, no tool needed.
Should show location in owners manual.

Mine is on drivers side - lower corner of the radiator. Be careful - later models are plastic and probably could break easily. What a PITA - I sure hope Kubota saved a lot of $$$$ by using a plastic drain. In the future I will drain the cooling system by disconnect of lower radiator hose - like RJCorazza.

My WSM shows the drain plug at the bottom left when looking at the tractor from the front.

A big thanks to you all on the outstanding info on the radiator. I located the drain plug easily, all it took was a large flat trip screwdriver and the good part is that it cannot be removed! What I mean is that there is a keeper on in the inside of the radiator that will not allow for it to be lost.....sorry rewmoved! I replaced the lower radiator hose with very little ease. Yes, order from Messick's. I had my son pick me up some antifreeze from tractor supply, he got the fleet charge, which is pink in color. Even though the info on the jug stated to use in heavy equipment, the color in my radiator was green, so I put in prestone 50/50 mix, it to was green in color. If this incorrect antifreeze please advise which is best type. Thanks to all!
