Questions on clearing land

I have already talked to county. Clearing and fencing don't need permit. All others need permit. But I didn't ask about sequence.

Yes, they were very friendly. I have not met anyone who refused to help. A lady even explained things that I didn't ask. I guess she knew I was too ignorant to know what to ask. From one office, I got an old magazine. From another, sweets.
