To scooby, that is a website from 4 years ago, absolutely not my resume. And to dirtroad, I was truthful. Although I don't work for a large company at all, and I am really just doing this for a portfolio piece for a division of my smaller consultancy. I didn't want to lie and tell you I was a student, although I see that would have been a better way to go. I am continually disappointed with the people on this and other forums in general on the internet. Behind the cloak of a computer screen people are ugly.

It might be from four years ago but thats your resume. Your user name, your field of study. Industrial design with a minor in art history. "4 years ago" it said anticipated graduation in May 2012. Last i checked its not 2012 yet. Either your gifted and graduated ahead of schedule or something isnt right. If your going to put a resume up there, you better make sure its accurate or pull it down once that class is over.

Nobody here is "Ugly" but they will call it like they see it.

What you might not realize is that we are not just anonymous screen names. I know many of these people personally and have their personal contact information as well. Whether it is by phone, text, email, or forums, I communicate with them regularly. I value the opinions of each and every one of them. We talk on a regular basis about everything from work and equipment to more personal matters.

You can't just come in off of the street and expect to get the same level of respect as those of us who have been on TBN for years. It's no different than any other relationship. You have to earn respect and build relationships and you don't do it by calling people that you don't even know "ugly".

Don't get me wrong though. I think that your project is great. CTL's need change and I wish you success. I just hope you have learned a valuable lesson from this.
