Since the dealer can't answer this, thought I'd throw it out there. What does the "Toughest Tractors on the Planet" mean? Does it mean that CAT, DEERE, KOMATSU and the like need to step up their game?

It means "Toughest" is subjective. They can say it because you can not prove it to not be true, or it would cost you so much money to prove it you do not want to try.

Agree, its marketing speak. Pay no attention to any of these marketing phrases tractor manufacturers or dealers use. For that matter, pay no attention to them with anything you are considering buying.

Back in the 60's most people believed it to be Cat which is why most big construction companies used them worldwide. Of course, Cat's warranty and support was a big factor also.

It's pure marketing propaganda. Naturally, every brand claims to be the best all around machine in one way or another. I still put the sticker on my tractor though and it becomes a conversation starter.

You wouldn't want me to tell you how tough the Mahindra is. The one I have doesn't live up the the phrase...

I used to think all tractors were very tough.

I quickly have learned I can tear up all 6 tractors I have owned.

If one looks at the specifications of AG loaders and tractors vs Industrial Loaders, and tractors, there can be a major difference in capacities,

many times people are jsut abusing there equiptmnet,
