Mowing Question regarding mounting mower/ rear bagger

Bought my bx2230 at teh end of last cutting season. Set up for snow. Alas, did not get to use it very much. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Tractor currently has chains on rear tires, and a 60" blade on back. How long should it take me yo dismount the rear blade from three point hitch, remove the chains, mount the MMM and rear bagger? Any tips/ hints on the process would be appreciated. Thanks. Have not been on for awhile- not much use for the tractor when there is no snow and nothing is growing. Used it last weekend at a friends to haul away huge stumps and clear/ grade a spot to pour an additional slab for his driveway. Don't know how I ended up with the chainsaw/ sledgehammer/ spudbar/ splitting maul and my friend was seated comfortably on my tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

It will take you about twenty minutes once you get the hang of it. I'd say count on an hour for the first go around. Read up on other posts regarding any oddities of each piece of equipment. For example the mower deck drive shaft should "click" with assurance once it is in place. I'm not aware of any issues with the bagger other then the trouble I have lining it up with the pins. I believe someone on the list was successful at using pieces of plywood under the stands to get it at the correct height. I use a floor jack to help align it but it's really not that bad.
