Question about QH drive-over MMM????

OK I see the ads for easy attaching/drive over QH MMM's. Will someone please explain to this old fart how the drive shaft gets lined up/attached?? I think JD also builds a 3 pt QH with a built in pto shaft but I don't know what it's called. How does pto shaft get aligned/attached on it? I don't own a CUT with a belly mower nor will I ever own one. That's why God created cows (eat grass):laughing:

Thanks for posting the video. There are several steps to remember in order to attach/remove mower. Is it really as easy to perform this feat as the video portrays?? It still hard for me to imagine that the drive shaft will be that easy to attach but I suppose it is. The older I get the more difficult it gets to attach 3 pt equipment even with the aid of a QH.

I'm not aware of the 3pt quick hitch with added pto so that's news to me. As far as the drive over mmm, I have one. It is as easy as it says. Just drive over the deck an the pto shaft has a skid plate on the bottom over it. It glides itself right into the shaft on the deck

I getting "oldtimers disease" but I thought I'd seen a JD 3 pt QH with an incorporated pto shaft advertised on TV.

That would be called "quick connect" and it is an option with the quick hitch. It does require some modification to the attachments to work, I believe.

I believe it's all in the initial set-up. Once that's done it's said to be a breeze, just like the video.

I remember that video of the rear auto connect for the Imatch too. I just can't find it anywhere on the internet now. I did find a photo of one that was posted last year on another forum... they did exist, dont know if it was discontinued or what??

Thanks for posting the video. After viewing video I still don't really understand how the pto shafts get aligned/engaged. I saw the tractor operator move a lever on the QH that had to do with pto coupling procedure. Thanks again,Jim
