Question about CK20 wheel size

I tried putting a tube in my leaky front tire unsuccessfully. I bent the lip of the wheel in the process of getting the tire back on. Can anyone help me with sourcing a new one or help me understand what size I should be looking for? The tire size is 23x8.50-12. I'm not sure if I can use that to search for a new wheel. With a measuring tape the wheel was 13x8, with a six lug pattern. However my width may be off because the tire is on it. I have industrial tires on it currently. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I thought it would be simple to locate but I have been unsuccessful and I am hoping it is due to me misunderstanding something simple.
