Large white "billboard-looking-thing" at the west end of the Ferris Mountains, 3+ miles from the highway and far higher.

Did anyone else think that in front of the billboard in the satellite view there could be solar panels? I could not be sure. It could possibly be a "billboard" type of radar installation. Of course there would need to be command and control links over radio or buried lines to control it and receive data from it. I would not stand in front of it, but someone needs to hike up there and take a look. This probably is unlikely, but a possibility. It may just be some plywood painted white, BUT someone went to a heck of a lot of trouble to put up the thing, and it ain't no advertising billboard now is it 3 miles from the road? Of course idiots have put up "monoliths" elsewhere in the world for no good reason, so maybe it is just that. Some close up photos would tell the tale. So who is going to hike up there?
