Pumping sewer into a septic tank. Bad idea?

Assuming the pump is a grinder pump there's a good argument that this is a superior solution to gravity.

It's pouring a soup into the septic tank which is more amenable to decomposition and diluted which makes it that much easier to navigate the leach bed.

As unlucky RV'ers will tell you, it's a chore when solids pile up in a tank. No difference a septic tank and a Winnegbago tank in that regard.

There’s actually a lot of difference in a septic tank and a Winnegbago tank. The RV toilet flushes with very little water and separates other sources of water into different tanks. The house plumbing puts everything in the same tank.

I’m working on a on a job now where a house is being built and they want to use an existing system. They planned on doing this from the start and the existing system was designed and permitted for the load so no problems there. But there’s not enough fall to gravity drain it. I’ve done sewer pumps before but they either pumped effluent into a leech field or they pumped raw sewer into a city sewer. I’ve never pumped raw sewer into a septic tank before. So the reason for concern is will a sudden surge of say 20-50 gallons into the tank at one time cause any problems into the septic tank?
It had to have a gravity drain to the field or it would have never worked. Check on line to see how a septic system works. NEVER put anything other than human waste and toilet paper into a septic system. There are 2 chambers. Solids are broken down by bacteria in the first cell and liquid goes over a weir to the second chamber and out into the Septic Field. Put an Open T going into the outlet to keep floating solids out of the bed. There are custom made tapered T's for putting into the outlet.

The tank currently gravity drains from the another structure. The house is under construction and doesn’t have a sewer connection yet. The original septic system was designed for hooking up the house at a later date so there’s no problem with that part.

Regarding waste only in tank….. I live in NY state in the woods. In my county all waste water goes to septic tank. Washer not separated. I did take all my gray water out of the system for a few years and dropped it in the woods via my perimeter drains but my modified above ground system seemed to start to dry out so I redirected it back in. My manual siphon dosing tank puts 120 gallons to the leach field at a time
