Need help. How do I pull a bearing out of a roller tube on my 530 hesston bailer? I dont have a bearing tool. Is there any other way?

You can weld a bead around the inside of the race & it will shrink it some.

Socket or pipe with a diameter just snaller than the ID of the tube the bearing is in.

Ditto on welding bead around center of race to shrink it.

to make a puller ....

a long steel pipe thinner than the bearing race ....
a bigger shorter pipe that just slips over the smaller pipe
an end cap for the smaller pipe ...

a grade 8 nut and bolt just longer than the pipe is wide

drill a hole across the end of the pipe , slip the bolt through and put the nut on......
now put the nut/ bolt end down , slide the shorter larger diameter pipe on to the smaller pipe , then screw on the end cap to the smaller pipe

slide the small pipe into and hook the nut or bolt behind the race lip ....

you now have a slide hammer to pull the bearing race ... tap a few times , move the but/bolt to the opposite side of the bearing and tap and repeat .. do not try to pull it out from just one side , the race will twist and jam ....
