Great project!

There's no substitute for a long wheelbase when it comes to leveling and grading. I am going to buy a back blade, and have been trying to figure a way to increase the effective wheelbase. Following the whoop-de-doo's up and down don't accomplish much!

Hey Bob....Just curious if you are around the Zumbrota...Pine Island area. I have family there and your property looks alot like theirs.

I really like that blade. It looks well built.

Some of the blade manufactures have a extended rear tail wheel kit for their blades. Landpride and Bush Hog come to mind.

Just found this. Nice job. Steel is a little higher now. Amazing that you could get the blade, steel and all for $120. I have to find a shop that will do this. I'm planning a combination grader and box scraper with a scarifier on it.
