Welcome to TBN!!

There is a New Holland forum, and those folks may be able to help you.

However...did the PTO just stop? Or, did you hit something?
When you write "mid and rear pto do not engage", do the levers move (or is it an electric engagment)?
A little more information may help in figuring out the problem...

Read any troubleshooting tips in your manual.

First (and easiest) is to get under the tractor and look for broken or disconnected linkages...you could have snagged something when brush cutting.

Are your PTOs actuated strictly by linkage? Is there any electrical switches in the system?

I was hoping you had an easy fix...but unless there's an electrical problem (fuse or relay), you might be looking at tearing into the transaxle.
You have a Shop Manual, by chance?

first off please dont double post it makes it hard for people to keep track of, i answered in your other post and will answer agian. It is most likely the pto sprag clutch that is inside the rear end if you have a 9x3 trans the clutch is really just a bearing with flat sides inside of a collar that spens out and tightens up against the colar you i just had a 1715 i worked on with the same problem and thats what was wrong. Also this is not a job you will wont to tackle at home since you have to split the tractor between the trans and rearend then remove the lift top both final drives and ring gear to get the clutch mech. out
